Onewe shines at a beach summer concert with their refreshing "Off Road" MV

Imagine this: a group of talented musicians, all part of the same band, cruising on a long drive on a balmy day. They stop at a pristine beach, pull out their guitars and drums, and host an impromptu concert! Personally, I would love to be a fly on that car wall.

 

K-pop boy group Onewe has released their seventh digital single, Off Road, featuring the eponymous title track. Written by the band's youngest member, Giuk, the song expresses his longing for a vacation with his older bandmates, who feel like brothers to him.

"Off Road" is a pop-rock anthem perfect for blasting during a road trip with friends or cousins, where everyone is jamming along in their most ridiculous voices, creating memories that last a lifetime. It has that ideal summer vibe, reminiscent of DAY6's "Meltdown," which was released last month. The lyrics convey themes of freedom and the desire to escape the monotony of daily life. Lines like "Get away from the asphalt road and breathe in the freedom" and "Head toward the goal you lost, WE are perfect" are truly inspirational, and perfect for tattooing as life quotes.
