Daily Non-K-pop Spotlight: “And so it goes” by In the endless zanhyang we are

In this crazy, constantly rushing world we live in, you sometimes just need to take a moment to relax, slow down, and take a breath. In the endless zanhyang we are’s music (yes, that is really their name) is that perfect sort of moment to relax and reset. “And so it goes” is an ethereal, spaced-out track full of reverbed guitar, contemplative piano, and a whole lot of good vibes. The track is relatively short compared to many songs in the genre, but it never feels to be in a rush to go anywhere.

 

The best part of the track has got to be the effortless-sounding vocals on top of everything. There’s a sense of peace and reflection in the voice, and there’s a comfort in knowing that everything is going to be fine, no matter what comes. It’s a great track from an album that could be used as a meditation soundtrack, albeit a bit more exciting that your typical mediation soundtrack. It can certainly help calm your mind though if you let it.
