Baekho, born Kang Dong-ho in Jeju, South Korea, is a multi-talented singer-songwriter, actor, and producer, best known for his role in the boy group NU'EST. Baekho’s career began unexpectedly when he was scouted by Pledis Entertainment, eventually debuting with NU’EST in 2012.He established himself as a powerhouse vocalist and producer, crafting many of NU'EST's hits. His powerful voice set him apart early on, but his journey wasn’t without challenges.

In 2014, he was diagnosed with vocal fold nodules, which required surgery, temporarily putting his career on hold. As a solo artist, Absolute Zero showcased a more mature, liberated sound, blending rock elements with his signature bass lines. The title track, "No Rules," drew inspiration from his hometown, Jeju, and delved into themes of love and freedom, earning him high praise.
