YEONJUN of TXT Announces Second Solo Album NO LABELS: PART 02
By Hasan Beyaz
YEONJUN of TOMORROW X TOGETHER has announced his second solo album, NO LABELS: PART 02, set for release on July 10 via BIGHIT MUSIC.
The announcement was first shared on Weverse, accompanied by a short cinematic video titled "CHOI YEONJUN" posted across TXT's official social media channels. The clip picks up where NO LABELS: PART 01 left off – its score reprises the outro from that album's six-minute omnibus music video – and casts YEONJUN in unpolished, domestic moments: waking up, brushing his teeth, moving through a room without performance. It's a pointed contrast to the boisterous confidence of the stage presence he's built his solo identity around.
NO LABELS: PART 01, released in November 2025, debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 – a significant marker for a solo outing from a group still in active rotation. PART 02 arrives approximately eight months later, continuing what appears to be a longer-form artistic statement rather than a standalone release cycle. YEONJUN is the first TXT member to release a solo album, and the NO LABELS project looks increasingly like a deliberate, sustained claim on individual artistic identity.
The announcement lands in the middle of a busy stretch for YEONJUN off the music side. Earlier this month, he collaborated with photographer and director Petra Collins on Yeonjun by Petra Collins with VOGUE SALON, a roughly 90-piece photo exhibition running in Seoul from June 12 to 21, produced in association with Vogue Korea. The pairing is a considered one: Collins, whose work is defined by its intimacy and resistance to conventional glamour, brings a register that cuts against the polished, performance-first image typical of idol visual output. The result frames YEONJUN closer to portraiture than editorial, leaning on expression and presence over staging. "Although I'm very used to being in front of the camera," YEONJUN said of the project, "this project brought out a whole new version of myself. It was fascinating to see myself in a completely different light."
Collins, for her part, described the shoot as immediately easy. "Since the moment I met him, he's been incredibly kind, curious, and full of life," she said. "There's a warmth and openness to him that makes being around him feel effortless."
In March, YEONJUN walked the Miu Miu runway at Paris Fashion Week, with BIGHIT MUSIC billing him as the first K-pop artist to do so, and has since been confirmed as a Friend of the House for the label.
Further details on NO LABELS: PART 02 – tracklist, concept rollout – are expected in the coming weeks. The album will be available across all streaming platforms on July 10.
