TAEMIN Announces Europe Leg of <LiMiNaL> World Tour
by Isabel Miller

On August 10, TAEMIN unveiled the initial shows of the first leg of his <LiMiNaL> World Tour, scheduled for 2026-2027.
At present, the Europe leg will see TAEMIN perform in Paris, Berlin, Frankfurt, London and Amsterdam, for a total of five shows, throughout November 2026. However, the tour poster accompanying the announcement – depicting TAEMIN sitting in a cinema in a suit – states that more shows are to be added.
Venue capacities range from approximately 4,000 attendees at Berlin’s Uber Eats Music Hall to over 12,000 at London’s OVO Arena Wembley. In London especially, the artist has seen a major venue upgrade, with his previous [Ephemeral Gaze] World Tour seeing him perform to just over 3,000 at the Troxy in the same city last year. This, in part, may be due to the success of his supporting performance at BST Hyde Park on June 28, which placed TAEMIN on stage in front of approximately 65,000 people according to average attendee figures reported by the BBC. His participation in the festival, followed by a venue increase of this scale, suggests an upward trajectory for the artist in the UK especially.
The [Ephemeral Gaze] World Tour also saw further European stops such as those in Helsinki, Manchester, Tilburg and Brussels. This time, though London and Paris remain, TAEMIN will perform in several new cities before possible repeat visits in other, previous locations.
He is also set to perform in Poland for the first time on August 16 alongside ATEEZ, iKON, STAYC and others as part of the SOUND IN COLORS Festival. This sees TAEMIN participating in the expansion of K-pop into Eastern Europe, with tour dates increasingly scheduled in Warsaw, Poland, and another new K-pop event, KBK Fest, taking place in Romania in September.
The announcement of the Europe leg of the <LiMiNaL> World Tour follows a teaser poster for the entirety of the World Tour, and the promise that it will be “large scale” and “allow TAEMIN to meet fans across the globe.” With the addition of a Europe leg on top of dates in North America and Latin America, that global promise is being answered.
TAEMIN recently returned as a member of SHINee in the group’s sixth mini album, Atmos, released on June 1, 2026. However, earlier in the year he released two singles, “Long Way Home” and “Permission,” indicating plans to focus on his solo music alongside group promotions.
The <LiMiNaL> tour acts as promotion for TAEMIN’s upcoming album. PHASE 1 : Soft Violence is set to be released on August 31, 2026, and will no doubt find its way onto the tour setlist. A recently unveiled “Intro” to the comeback, which consists of a new song titled “This Is The End,” suggests that the album will hold a cryptic, cinematic tone; TAEMIN is pictured in shadowed movie theatres, amongst crowds and stuck in place as the world cycles around him.
Combined with the <LiMiNaL> World Tour, TAEMIN is gearing up for a big comeback throughout the remainder of this year. Beyond that, the PHASE 1 phrase of the album’s title indicates that these are only the beginning of an extended project that will see further phases in the future.
Further dates and ticket information is to come.
