ATEEZ have achieved a new career milestone, debuting on Billboard’s Global 200 chart with GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6 pre-release “Drip.” Released on October 23, 2026, “Drip” entered the Global 200 at No. 190 on the chart dated November 7.
ATEEZ have previously topped Billboard’s main albums chart, the Billboard 200, on three occasions: THE WORLD EP.FIN : WILL in December 2023, GOLDEN HOUR : Part.2 in November 2024, and GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 in July 2026. However, this is the group’s first time charting on the Global 200.
The Billboard Global 200 ranks songs based on streaming and digital sales across more than 200 countries and territories. ATEEZ’s debut on the chart is another indication of their growing international presence, which now extends beyond physical album sales to individual tracks.
“Drip” is a pre-release single, shared ahead of the November 13 release of GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6. It brings the group’s signature high-energy sound to the forefront, while also remaining very distinct from their other projects this year. Combining a hard-hitting trap beat with powerful, hip-focused choreography, “Drip” and its performance showcase a new, grittier side to ATEEZ after the viral success of the more playful, Latin-infused title track “BAD” in June.
At the same time, despite a difference in tone, the success of “BAD” will certainly have increased the group’s visibility. Clips of member SAN performing the song have been all over social media, especially in South Korea, where ATEEZ have struggled to break through in the past. Alongside their growing international presence, aided by tours and festivals, that domestic presence is already driving ATEEZ to new heights as proven by this new charting achievement.
Other promotional material shared ahead of GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6 holds a consistent dark theme. The album was first announced via a trailer titled “CRASH TO BEGIN,” and each scene immediately established a destructive tone. It also reintroduced the group’s classic pirate concept, a signature that originated back in 2018 with ATEEZ’s debut title track “Pirate King,” which has later been confirmed in one of three sets of concept photos. The other sets see ATEEZ in matching tracksuits and leather ensembles, staring down the camera lens with a mean confidence.
Given that “Drip” charted on the Global 200 so swiftly after its release, it seems that this tone and style has been well-received by fans and will continue to be well-received with the release of GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6 on November 13. Attention has turned to the upcoming title track, “Up,” and questions over what ATEEZ will present during its performance.
Additionally, many fans are gearing up to see ATEEZ live next year. Their new world tour ‘ZERO TO ALL’ is set to begin in January, kicking off in Incheon before continuing across Japan, Europe, North America and South America. Specific details regarding ticketing are yet to be announced, but are expected soon, raising anticipation.
GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6 will arrive on November 13, 2026, while “Drip” is available on global streaming services now.
