LIGHTSUM (라잇썸) is a 6-member girl group signed to Cube Entertainment. On June 10, 2021, originally as eight, they released their debut single album "Vanilla".
An introduction video showcasing LIGHTSUM's name and logo was posted on social media on April 15, 2021. It was revealed later that day that Cube Entertainment was quickening their arrangements to debut the group in the first half of the year.
