BIGBANG's frontman, the incredibly versatile and talented G-Dragon, is gearing up for a comeback at the 2024 Mnet Asian Music Awards, also known as MAMA. He last performed in 2015 at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. VIPs (G-Dragon fans) are buzzing with excitement as the rapper has been teasing his new release, "Error," and are hopeful he will perform it at the awards this November.

With these developments in mind, let’s take a moment to look back at 2013, when G-Dragon won the Artist of the Year award at the MAMA Awards held at the AsiaWorld-Arena in Hong Kong. He was nominated alongside EXO, Girls' Generation, PSY, and Cho Yong Pil, ultimately claiming the prestigious award. In addition to this accolade, he also won Best Music Video for his solo track “Coup d’Etat," Best Dance Performance by a Male Solo Performer for "Crooked," and Best Male Artist.

The 2024 MAMA Awards will be hosted in Los Angeles, USA, and Osaka, Japan. The first of the three shows will take place at the renowned Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on November 21, followed by the second and final shows on November 22 and 23 at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka.
