By The Numbers: How many photo cards are printed in South Korea per year?

 

 

Wendy of Red Velvet once took a tour of a printing press and warehouse to show fans how photo cards and CD packaging are manufactured and assembled. According to that one press, they can do about 15,000 pages of photo cards every hour. Each page has 32 photo cards. So that one press is doing about 480,000 photo cards every hour.

 

So, for one printing press, this is how the numbers break down:
