It's well-known among ARMYs that BTS' Jimin and V share a close friendship. Having met over a decade ago during their K-pop trainee days, the two 95-liners often refer to each other as soulmates. While their bond is undeniable, fans are also aware of a few notable arguments they've had over the years, with one of the most memorable being the "dumpling incident."

A few years ago, BTS appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden for a Carpool Karaoke segment. During the episode, James Corden asked the group who among them gets into the most fights, and the members immediately pointed to Jimin and V. When Corden pressed them on what they argue about, SUGA humorously revealed that the two had once fought over mandu, the Korean word for dumplings.

James, clearly amused, playfully teased Jimin, saying he didn't expect "Baby Mochi" to be so petty as to fight over dumplings. Jimin, visibly embarrassed, quickly responded by calling him "Papa Mochi," sparking laughter from the entire group. The rest of the members couldn't stop laughing at the unexpected nickname, adding to the playful atmosphere.
