YooA: All-Round Greatness

Yoo Si-ah, known professionally as YooA, has become a standout name in the K-pop industry since her debut. Born Yoo Yeon-joo on September 17, 1995, in Seoul, South Korea, she later changed her name to Yoo Si-ah. Her brother, Yoo Jun-sun, a dancer and choreographer with 1Million Dance Studio, played a significant role in her early life, deeply influencing her artistic trajectory.

YooA first made waves in the K-pop scene as a member of the girl group Oh My Girl, debuting on April 20, 2015 under WM Entertainment. Her exceptional dance skills and captivating stage presence quickly set her apart. In August 2016, she competed in the Mnet dance TV show Hit the Stage, partnering with U-Kwon of Block B and finishing in fourth place. YooA's versatility shone through in her involvement with the Inkigayo project group Sunny Girls and the reality show Idol Drama Operation Team, debuting as part of Girls Next Door.
