Genuine friendships among idols are rare, and a bond between a male and female idol without any romantic speculation is even rarer. However, Stray Kids' leader Bang Chan and BLACKPINK's Lisa share a wonderful friendship. Fans fondly recall Bang Chan's weekly broadcast show, Chan's Room, where he would engage with STAYs, share group updates, recommend songs, and react to trending videos.
In one broadcast, Bang Chan reacted to Lisa's debut solo album LALISA and its title track, "LALISA," which is also her real name. He was seen grooving to the music video, enthusiastically bobbing his head to the catchy beat, and even attempting to imitate Lisa's dance moves.
Fans found it heartwarming that Bang Chan respectfully referred to Lisa as his "sunbaenim" (senior) despite being the same age. He also showered "LALISA" with praise and congratulated his friend on her incredibly successful solo debut.
