Watch the Moment: BTS' RM played the saxophone for Jin

On June 12 this year, BTS' oldest member Jin was discharged after successfully completing his mandatory military service. Along with millions of fans, Jin's bandmates also joined in celebrating his return to civilian life from the 5th Division Recruit Training Center in Yeoncheon.

While the rest of the BTS members hugged and patted Jin on the back, leader RM had a different idea in mind: playing the saxophone. The frontman showcased his newly acquired expertise, passionately performing a musical set for Jin and the other members.

 

RM's passionate saxophone performance earned hearty laughs from his bandmates and virtual praise from ARMYs worldwide. For those unfamiliar, RM plays for the military band while fulfilling his own mandatory service. BTS is expected to reunite in 2025 after all the members have completed their military conscription.
