WATCH THE MOMENT: BTS accepted the 2021 AMA for Artist of the Year

2020 and 2021, despite being some of the hardest years for the global population as a whole, were excellent years for the growth of K-pop. There were so many viral sensations and groups making it big on the worldwide stage. None quite captured the moment like BTS. The seven-member group took the work by storm and captured the ears and hearts of millions upon millions of fans around the world.

 

The group received many awards and nominations around that time, one of the big ones being the 2021 American Music Award for Artist of the Year. Their win made them the first Asian artist to take home the award ever, and you can see their excitement as they made their acceptance speeches.
