K-pop juggernaut TWICE is gearing up for a massive 2025. JYP Entertainment officially announced the group’s sixth world tour, THIS IS FOR, is set to kick off on July 19 with a two-night run at Inspire Arena in Incheon.
The announcement, which included a sleek teaser video and poster, marks TWICE’s return to the global stage just one year after their record-breaking READY TO BE tour. That 2023 run saw the group perform 51 shows across 27 cities, drawing over 1.5 million fans and setting industry records – including becoming the first female group to headline both SoFi Stadium and MetLife Stadium in the US, and the first international girl group to play Japan’s Nissan Stadium.
The THIS IS FOR tour promises to scale even higher. TWICE will reportedly debut an immersive 360-degree stage setup at every venue, designed to deepen the audience experience. Leading the production is acclaimed multimedia studio Moment Factory – whose credits include work with Olivia Rodrigo, U2, Madonna and Billie Eilish – alongside show director Mukhtar O.S. Mukhtar, best known for his recent work on Super Bowl halftime performances with Kendrick Lamar and Usher.
Tour dates currently span from July to December, covering major cities across Asia and Oceania: Osaka (July 26–27), Aichi (Aug 23–24), Fukuoka (Aug 30–31), Tokyo (Sept 16–17), Macau (Sept 27–28), Bulacan (Oct 4), Singapore (Oct 11–12), Sydney (Nov 1–2), Melbourne (Nov 8–9), Kaohsiung (Nov 22), Hong Kong (Dec 6) and Bangkok (Dec 13–14). The poster teased that "more shows will be revealed soon."
The tour coincides with the release of TWICE’s fourth full-length album, THIS IS FOR, which drops July 11. Just weeks later, the group will also headline Lollapalooza in Chicago on August 2 – further solidifying their dominance on the global stage.
From innovative staging to high-profile festival appearances, THIS IS FOR is shaping up to be TWICE’s most ambitious era yet.
