Shot across the sunlit streets and open skies of Barcelona, TNX’s “CALL ME BACK” music video is a visual treat, capturing the rising stars at their most relaxed and instinctive. Rather than leaning into heavy staging or rigid storytelling, the visual language prioritises movement, spontaneity, and the small moments that emerge when the members are given the freedom to simply exist together on screen.
The result is a video that balances playful wit with emotional undercurrents. Beneath the bright, band-driven energy of the track sits a familiar restlessness – searching, waiting, drifting, and the uncertainty that comes with youth. These emotions surface through candid expressions, unexpected details, and scenes that feel closer to lived moments than performance set-pieces.
Across the commentary, the members reflect on how filming overseas, embracing natural acting, and leaning into their real chemistry helped shape a video that feels lighter and more personal. In its final form, the “CALL ME BACK” MV lives in the feeling of motion itself – of running, laughing, searching, and sharing time together. It’s a portrait of youth not as something carefully defined, but as something fleeting, open, and deeply felt.

I think this music video expresses the heartfelt emotions of youth in a light and witty way. Thankfully, we were able to film overseas as a way to refresh ourselves, and that helped create a more natural and positive vibe to come through compared to our previous releases. To keep things natural while still adding style and wit, we tried many approaches, from facial expressions to different camera angles.
Personally, my favorite scene is at the beginning, where all five members are framed together against the sky. It looked so impressive on set that it almost felt like CGI. Even during group scenes, I was touched by how the members naturally adjusted their movements so everyone could be captured well on camera.
If this song were expressed in a 3D form, I think this music video would be the best representation of it. The song’s emotions, along with the style and wit within the natural atmosphere, come through clearly. We even filmed part of the choreography in a location that wasn’t originally planned for, and the angles and background turned out great.
Compared to our previous works, each member’s effort stands out more, and we focused on capturing our chemistry and individual charms. The balcony scene with all the members felt the most like us. I hope viewers can naturally feel how much preparation we put into this video and enjoy it freely.
HYUN SOO
This music video includes many scenes that match the kitschy lyrics, and it will be even more interesting if you see it as a continuation to our previous release “For Real?”. We decided to film in Barcelona because the city’s colors and atmosphere suited the song well, allowing us to show a wider range of visuals throughout the video.
Since we often joked around while filming, I think those natural moments came through on screen. We practiced the choreography a lot before, and our teamwork turned out even better than expected, which can be clearly seen in the video as well. The mood and message of the songs are expressed visually through the music video, so I believe that watching it together with the song will be more enjoyable than just listening to it.
We also tried out a variety of new facial expressions, which became another fun point. Personally, the most memorable scene was the night shot where the camera was close to our faces as we were searching for someone. There were many filming styles we hadn't tried before, so I hope viewers enjoy discovering new sides from us. The moments where we’re truly dancing and having fun feel the most like TNX, and I hope people feel that this video is fun and experience new emotions they haven’t felt from us before.

In the CALL ME BACK music video, each member restlessly search for someone in their own way, only to be revealed that the person we’re looking for is actually a dog. This unexpected twist gives the story a bittersweet yet playful feel. We wanted to capture the beautiful skies of Barcelona and the city’s elegant, European atmosphere, and naturally show our free spirited side against those stunning backdrops.
We focused on keeping our acting as natural as possible, just like how we are in real life. Personally, the scene where we freely jumped around on the sofa with the members left the strongest impression on me. It was not only fun to film, but also showed each member’s acting and charm well. Another memorable moment was filming together on a balcony, shouting and enjoying ourselves, which really highlighted our teamwork.
Since the song is about the emotions that come from liking someone, we tried to visually express feelings like boredom, searching, waiting, and frustration throughout the video. There’s also a night time scene where we wear hats with cameras attached to it, and search for the dog using only lanterns, which felt especially fresh, as it was something we’ve never tried before.
This contrast between the upbeat sound and the emotional story is one of the key points, and at the bridge, where HYUN SOO stands in the center while the other members run around feels like a moment that truly captures who we are. Because this project focused on capturing our natural selves as we are, I hope viewers enjoy discovering a new side of us and our charms.

When I first heard that we would be filming the music video in Barcelona, I felt really excited. I had always thought that the energy of CALL ME BACK didn’t suit the Fall/Winter weather in Korea, so I hoped we could film it overseas. Hearing that we would be shooting in Barcelona made me feel even more excited and confident about the final result.
When we first met the director and the team, they mentioned wanting to use fun editing and effects. Even while filming, it was hard to picture how the final product would look like, but after seeing it completed, it felt very fresh. It has a different vibe from TNX’s previous music videos, which made it even more memorable.
Filming overseas isn’t easy, but we enjoyed the entire process and made only good memories. I think every time I watch the CALL ME BACK music video, I’ll be reminded of the happy moments we had in Barcelona.

This music video shows young people wandering in search of something, sometimes even taking reckless paths. We wanted to express that bold and lively energy that can only be shown at our age. The scenery of Barcelona felt perfect to reflect the song’s emotions, and while staying there, I often thought, this is what youth feels like. Those sincere feelings naturally came through in the scenes where we run and play freely.
When the members were filming together, we talked about everyday things like we usually do and filmed as naturally as possible, smiling comfortably like in real life. There’s a scene where we find the dog, and I remember how smart and well behaved it was, which helped the shoot move along quickly. I’m allergic to dogs, so I remember wanting to get closer but holding back for the sake of finishing the rest of the shoot. Also, since the sun set quickly, we followed the sunlight while filming, and whenever we found a sunny spot and danced together, our teamwork really stood out.
The image of running around freely while searching for something fits well with the song’s mood, and watching it while listening to the lyrics makes the message even more clear. On the second morning of filming, it rained heavily, but the weather cleared up as soon as we arrived, which gave us comfort and positive energy. I was truly happy throughout the shoot, and I hope fans enjoy seeing TNX in our most natural form, feeling like they’re spending their youth with us.
