YX Labels’ nine-member boy group &TEAM is set to return with their second Korean-language EP, Mark on Me, on September 8, 2026.

Teasers have been gradually unveiled throughout the past few weeks, and cover a wide range of formats and concepts. The group’s signature wolf references appear repeatedly with painted scars in concept photos, a narratorial prologue titled “The Wolf Who Loved Red,” a “TAME ME” album version and images of wolves in track samplers. Some samplers, however, contrast &TEAM’s usual visuals with a pink, stickered diary and trails of pink clouds, prompting curiosity.

Mark on Me will contain six songs: “Mark on Me,” “Good Boy,” “Love Journal,” “Accelerate,” “Empty,” and “Night to Howl.” Contributing to the creation of the tracklist are several influential names such as American singer-songwriter Benson Boone, who has never previously contributed to a K-pop song but is listed as one of the lyricists behind the title track. All five members of CORTIS appear as lyricists for the B-side “Good Boy” alongside HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, and MARTIN of CORTIS is also listed as a producer, emphasising YX Labels’ status as a HYBE subsidiary.

These credits are unexpected. Previously, &TEAM’s music has been led by Japanese producer and songwriter Soma Genda, whose name does appear on the new tracklist but only for two B-sides. With this album, the rising group are taking a different approach with various international songwriters and producers as well as contributions from idols themselves in the form of CORTIS, which drives questions over what their intended sound is.

&TEAM’s first Korean mini album, Back to Life, sold over a million copies and debuted at number one on the Hanteo and Oricon album charts upon its release in October 2025. It was the group’s first release to surpass one million sales, overtaking their previous Japanese projects, and the eponymous title track also gained &TEAM their first, second and third Korean music show wins. Ten months later, they return to the Korean market. Mark on Me will act as confirmation over whether their success in Korea will become consistent.

Alongside the album release, a pop-up store will be situated at the HYBE headquarters in Seoul from September 8 to 13, bringing this extension of &TEAM’s wolf imagery to life.
