On September 18, Sony Electronics unveiled a new Smoky Pink color option for their popular WH-1000XM5 and WF-1000XM5 noise-canceling headphones. The new release is part of a collaboration with K-pop sensation LE SSERAFIM, aligning with the group’s sleek and powerful image.
This announcement follows a wave of success for LE SSERAFIM, including their first No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales Chart for their mini-album CRAZY, and their recent win at the 2024 MTV VMAs, where they took home their first Moonman for "PUSH Performance of the Year." The group's growing global influence adds a fresh energy to the new product launch.
The WH-1000XM5 and WF-1000XM5 headphones have been widely praised for their top-tier noise-canceling technology and superior audio quality. Fans can now enjoy their music with a product that reflects both function and fashion.
To promote the collaboration, LE SSERAFIM’s members—Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae—starred in a futuristic campaign video showcasing the headphones alongside their hit track CRAZY. The group shared their excitement about the collaboration, emphasizing the importance of their connection with fans and how the headphones enhance the experience of enjoying their music.
