RIIZE drops “Same Key” for “Makeup With Mud”

RIIZE has been busy since their debut last September under SM Entertainment. The 7-man boy band is full of former NCT hopefuls who have made quite a name for themselves as their own independent unit. 

 

Following up a successful stream of releases (with songs like “Boom Boom Bass,” “Get A Guitar,” and “Impossible”) the band is now making waves on the K-drama Makeup With Mud. RIIZE wrote a special song entitled “Same Key” for the show’s original soundtrack. 

 

Described as a hopeful track that highlights the group’s strengths, namely their incredible vocal blend, this marks the first time the group has written anything especially for television audiences.

 

Adapted from the manga of the same name, Makeup With Mud stars Hikaru Takahashi as the show’s protagonist, Miku. The story follows the 25-year-old girl as she learns how to do her makeup for the first time and undergoes significant changes in her romantic and personal life because of it.
