Ravi, born Kim Won-sik, is a South Korean rapper, singer, and songwriter who rose to prominence as a member of the boy group VIXX, known for their dark, conceptual music and performances. Ravi's journey began on Mnet's reality show MyDOL, where he was one of the six contestants chosen to debut as part of VIXX in 2012. He quickly established himself not only as the main rapper of the group but also as a prolific songwriter and producer, contributing significantly to VIXX's music, including their debut single "Super Hero."

The court ultimately handed him a suspended prison sentence, and Ravi withdrew from VIXX, marking a significant turning point in his career.
