"I would like to bow my head in apology to the victim who was assaulted. Although I could only relay my apology in writing for the time being due to various circumstances, I wish to face the victim in person and ask for forgiveness. I also apologize to all those who were disappointed in my actions. I deserve to be reprimanded," San E stated.
