Nam Woo Hyun dishes a karaoke-style enjoyable "Boyfriend" MV
By Anwaya Mane

"Boyfriend" is Nam Woo Hyun's third digital single and features a dynamic, exuberant pop-rock sound. The song has a strong karaoke vibe, perfect for a lively night with friends where you can sing your heart out, completely unconcerned about disturbing the neighbors with your not-so-perfect vocals, and simply reveling in the joy of the moment.
The music video opens with Nam Woo Hyun, singer-songwriter and main vocalist of the K-pop boy group Infinite, dashing up the stairs and entering a room filled with musicians playing various instruments. He quickly grabs the microphone and starts singing, his powerful voice and melodic vocals instantly filling the space with a delightful melody and infectious energy.

The lyrics are equally enjoyable, with sweet lines like "Even if we walk different paths (But don’t worry) I'll hold your hand at the finish line" and "Among countless stars, you were the brightest."
What truly sets "Boyfriend" apart is Nam Woo Hyun's versatile vocals, his impressive control throughout the song, and the lively, animated spirit that bursts from every note.
