Fan Spotlight: Thai fan Pimwa delivers an acoustic cover of Stray Kids' "Red Lights"

Thai fan Pimwa delivered a soulful acoustic rendition of Stray Kids' song "Red Lights" from their 2021 album NOEASY. Sung and co-written by Bang Chan and Hyunjin, "Red Lights" blends R&B chamber-pop with K-pop, featuring a sexy, soulful vibe and suggestive lyrics. It’s a fan favorite among STAYs, so it’s no surprise that Pimwa chose this song as her first cover since becoming a STAY a couple of years ago.

Creating a serene atmosphere with candles and a soft red light in the background, Pimwa beautifully sings both Bang Chan and Hyunjin's parts. Despite not being a native Korean speaker, she impressively nailed the pronunciation.

In her YouTube description, she shared that "Red Lights" is one of her favorite tracks from NOEASY and that she rearranged it to suit her style. She also credited her guitarist KNI for helping with the arrangement. Notably, Pimwa's cover was featured on Glamour's YouTube segment "Stray Kids Watch Fan Covers on YouTube," where it received unanimous praise from the group themselves.
