ENHYPEN displays their romantic side with "Only If You Say Yes' MV

It’s a personal observation, but ENHYPEN has an exceptional knack for giving their albums poetic names. The two-word titles separated by a hyphen lend a sublime and subtle quality to their work. Their second studio album, Romance: Untold, is a prime example, featuring the lead single "XO" also known as "Only If You Say Yes."
The sign-off "XO" might evoke memories of the TV show Gossip Girl, but the music video is far from trivial. Instead, it offers an artistic and eloquent presentation with a gently soothing, sundowner vibe.
Drawing inspiration from popular K-dramas like Our Beloved Summer and Lovely Runner, "Only If You Say Yes" blends gentle nostalgia with the innocent emotions of first love.
The dance-pop track merges various genres, including UK Garage, electronic pop, and afrobeat pop, complemented by heartfelt lyrics. Despite the many elements in the music video, ENHYPEN manages to make it all come together seamlessly.
