BTS’s Jin Delights Fans with Nostalgic Visit to His Alma Mater in Run Jin

On August 20 KST, BTS member Jin showcased his charming school uniform look and playful variety show skills in the second episode of Run Jin, which premiered on BTS's official YouTube channel at 9 PM KST. In this episode, Jin returned to his alma mater, Boseong High School, for a day filled with fun and nostalgic challenges that brought plenty of laughter to both the students and viewers.

Jin jokingly recalled his school days as a “nerd,” Jin expressed his surprise at returning to his old school as a superstar. As he entered the school, the younger students couldn't contain their excitement, enthusiastically cheering, “You’re handsome!” and “We love you!” Jin also shared a heartwarming reunion with his former homeroom teacher at the school store, adding a sentimental touch to the visit.

Throughout the episode, Jin's variety show skills were on full display as he engaged in chaotic challenges with the students. In physical endurance tests like holding a plank and doing push-ups, Jin humorously attempted to bribe the students by offering to buy them pizza if they gave up. During a song-guessing game, Jin humorously struggled to recognize BTS’s own songs as quickly as the ARMY fan club students, leading him to jokingly comment, “BTS is really popular,” which sparked laughter all around.

Jin continued to entertain as he participated in an arm wrestling match and demonstrated his martial arts skills learned during his school days. His ability to blend in with the students and create a lively atmosphere highlighted his natural charm and connection with fans, making the episode a memorable and heartwarming experience for everyone involved.
