ALPHA DRIVE ONE Release UNBREAKABLE : 少年 BEAST in the U.S. for the First Time
by Hasan Beyaz

ALPHA DRIVE ONE are expanding their global footprint with the first U.S. physical release of their second mini-album, UNBREAKABLE : 少年 BEAST.
Released on CD in the U.S. on October 2, the album is now available through major retailers including Target, Barnes & Noble and Amazon, alongside K-pop retailers K-POP Nara and Hello82 and the group’s official store. The release comes in three versions – Fragile Beast, Cementic Nest and Hissing – with each featuring a U.S.-exclusive postcard, while retailer-exclusive photocards and signed editions are also available through select outlets.
Alongside the physical release, ALPHA DRIVE ONE have also unveiled a new nine-track digital edition of UNBREAKABLE : 少年 BEAST. The expanded release includes reimagined versions of title track “BORN DIRE”, with both Sped Up and Slowed Down versions, while member-specific editions feature a “Voice Note” in which each member shares a personal message with their fandom, ALLYZ.
Originally released on August 24, UNBREAKABLE : 少年 BEAST explores the growing pains of youth, particularly the experience of being confronted with prejudice, stigma and the feeling of being perceived as different. The title “少年 BEAST” represents a label imposed on the group by others rather than an identity they have chosen for themselves.
The release arrives amid a significant first year for the seven-member group. UNBREAKABLE : 少年 BEAST sold 1.13 million copies during its first week of release, according to Korea’s Hanteo Chart, taking ALPHA DRIVE ONE’s cumulative album sales – including their debut mini-album EUPHORIA – beyond two million. “BORN DIRE” also earned three music-show wins in South Korea, while the album received Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ), marking the group’s first Gold Disc certification ahead of their official Japanese debut.
Their international schedule has similarly continued to expand. In August, ALPHA DRIVE ONE made their first U.S. stage appearance at KCON LA, following the announcement of a strategic partnership between their agency WAKEONE and REPUBLIC Collective in June. More recently, the group performed at Music Bank in Barcelona before travelling to Mexico City for KOREA SPOTLIGHT at K-EXPO MEXICO, where they also held fan-signing events.
Now, with UNBREAKABLE : 少年 BEAST physically available to U.S. fans for the first time, ALPHA DRIVE ONE’s debut-year expansion continues beyond Korea and into one of K-pop’s most important international markets.
