ALL’N Releases Second Violin-led Single “Dream Higher”
by Isabel Miller

On August 14, 2026, self-produced soloist ALL’N released his second, autobiographical single “Dream Higher.”
ALL’N debuted in April with “We Up,” and the song gained popularity online for its unique blend of classical violin and K-pop. His second single, “Dream Higher” takes that combination one step further with a unique mixture of instruments; ALL’N’s violin acts as a foundation for electric guitar, futuristic electronic textures, and trap-rock percussion.
With the K-pop industry currently placing EDM and hip-hop at the forefront of its sub-genres, ALL’N’s signature use of classical influences stands out. Moments of inspiration have been seen previously from groups like ATEEZ, with their use of Antonín Dvořák's “Symphony No. 9” in “Wonderland (Symphony No.9 "From The Wonderland"),” and in special performances from classically-trained violinist Zhang Hao of AND2BLE. However, the crossover has never reached this level, built into the foundation of original releases.
Previously an award-winning classical violinist, he entered the idol industry by taking part in iQIYI’s music survival show, Qing Chun You Ni (Youth With You, Season 2), in China. While on the show, he reached the highest performance tier and trended at number one on Weibo, the country’s largest social media platform. Chinese trainees have been consistently seen on Korean survival shows in recent years, but ALL’N’s journey represents a reversal of that process – learning about K-pop-inspired systems while in China, and opening up to the integrated Asian music markets.
After the show, using past experience as a Music Business student at New York University, he established SKS Entertainment to manage his own debut. Independent companies run by idols typically come after successful careers as artists, placing ALL’N a step ahead. He pairs knowledge from studying the industry as an outsider and from existing within it as a prominent trainee in China, creating a unique perspective.
Each experience culminates to form “Dream Higher,” an anthem of perseverance and determination which acts as a piece of autobiography. The lyrics follow ALL’N’s journey as an artist, covering the highs and lows of virality during Youth With You and while getting started as an independent soloist afterwards.
ALL'N's position as a founder gives him full creative control over his hybrid classical-K-pop sound. That autonomy makes "Dream Higher" something of a rarity – a second single that is both a statement of artistic intent and a piece of genuine autobiography, made entirely on the artist's own terms.
