“Pit-a-Pat!”: 10 K-pop tracks with heart sounds in the title

Onemonapea is fun. It’s hard to put sound into words sometimes, and sometimes the best option is to just make something up. Well, somewhere along the line people started using the sound “pit-a-pat” to describe the sound of a heart or quick steps, and that’s been one of the go-to sounds since then.

It’s amazing how many K-pop songs use the term or a variation as the title for a song. This is probably thanks to both the expression  두근두근 being much more common in Korean, and the number of K-dramas that need love themes. Don’t believe us? Check it out below! (This is only the start!)
