HYBE Acquires U.S.-Based PR Firm to Boost Global Presence

HYBE, South Korea's leading entertainment agency, has quietly acquired the U.S.-based public relations firm, The Agency Group PR LLC, as revealed in its semi-annual report on September 20. This strategic move enhances HYBE's foothold in the American market.

The Agency Group PR, located in Santa Monica, California, is now a subsidiary of HYBE America, with the agency holding a 51% ownership stake. The firm specializes in a range of services including messaging development, media relations, crisis communication, and digital strategy.

This acquisition reflects HYBE's commitment to strengthening its public relations capabilities in the U.S. market. A representative from HYBE stated that the move was made earlier this year to bolster the effectiveness of HYBE America’s outreach efforts.

With this addition, HYBE aims to enhance its global presence and ensure effective communication strategies as it continues to expand its influence in the entertainment industry.
