What does delulu mean?

Delulu is a slang term in K-pop culture. Short for “delusional,” it’s usually used to describe sasaeng behavior. It’s important to note that someone can be delulu without being sasaeng, but there is overlap. Someone who is delulu may believe they’ll one day befriend their idol or have that idol fall in love with them.
