In 2022, during the group's 'TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : LOVE SICK>' in the United States, the five members pushed through exhaustion to perform for MOAs (fandom name). One of the days, mid-performance, fans noticed that Huening Kai suffered a nosebleed, sparking concerns about his weakening health condition.
Despite this, Huening Kai maintained his professionalism and dedication, continuing the performance without letting the nosebleed hinder him. After the concert, he reassured worried MOAs about his condition during a live broadcast.
