Stray Kids’ “Chk Chk Boom” nears 30 million Spotify streams

It’s been just over 10 days since the new Stray Kids album ATE hit streaming services. The record’s lead single, “Chk Chk Boom,” has led the charge, thrilling listeners and concertgoers with its tough, brash sound; dark harmonic undertones; and aggressive subject matter and choreographic presentation. 

 

It’s a strong single for sure, and audiences are responding enthusiastically. “Chk Chk Boom” will likely pass 30 million Spotify streams this week. It is also their first song to enter the UK Top 40.

 

 

In addition to reaching those impressive milestones, “Chk Chk Boom” also won Music Bank this week. The guys lit up the stage both metaphorically and literally. Not only did their charisma and talent burn bright, but they danced and sang while surrounded by some thrilling pyrotechnics.
