MODHAUS Secures $15 Million in Series B Funding to Expand Global K-Pop Fan Platform
by Hasan Beyaz

MODHAUS, the South Korean web3 K-pop agency behind groups like tripleS and ARTMS, has just landed 21 billion won (about $15 million) in Series B funding. It’s the biggest investment in a local entertainment company so far this year.
This fresh cash comes two years after their $8 million Series A round, and investors are clearly impressed by MODHAUS’s approach to producing intellectual property and its fan-focused platform, Cosmo.
Jang Kihyun from IMM Investment explained why they backed MODHAUS:
“We highly valued MODHAUS differentiated production capabilities and the scalability of its ecosystem, centered around the fan-participatory K-pop platform ’Cosmo.’ We will actively support this investment to ensure it serves as a catalyst for new innovation in the Korean entertainment industry.”
With the new funding, MODHAUS aims to speed up expanding both its IP and platform around the world. Cosmo will push deeper into domestic and overseas markets, with a goal to build out K-content’s value chain and shake up how fans experience K-pop.
CEO Jaden Jeong shared his thoughts:
“I am delighted that leading domestic Venture Capital firms have highly evaluated our performance and vision. I believe that we have been recognized for building a platform ecosystem where fans can directly participate and contribute to the production of their favorite artists in the global ‘fandom industry’ market beyond K-pop. Through this investment, we will further enhance and develop this.”
MODHAUS is betting on this mix of web3 tech and fan participation to make a bigger splash — and the industry will be watching to see if it changes the game.
