ARTMS is officially here

After months of building hype and anticipation, the newest girl group from MODAUS is finally here. The high-concept group is made of former LOONA members JinSoul, HaSeul, Kim Lip, HeeJin, and Choerry, who won a highly publicized legal battle against their former label Block Berry Creative in order to be released from their contracts.
Overwhelming fan support helped see them through the turbulence, and a successful re-debut for the former LOONA and now ARTMS sub-unit ODD EYE CIRCLE helped hype the main group. Now, ARTMS has officially made their debut with their full album Devine All Love & Live, which dropped May 31, 2024.
Fans have been increasingly shocked and delighted by just how… WEIRD the group has chosen to be. Their music videos have been dark, esoteric, and rebellious. Even the album visualizer is just the girls milling around for 30 minutes in delightfully likable fashion. Still, a visualizer like that stands in stark contrast to highly polished content rollouts. It’s fun to see the girls poking fun at their own choreography and just enjoying the art they made as it plays.
But this isn’t the only way the girls have broken convention. For their hit single “Virtual Angel,” they released two versions of the MV. The first features intense, repetitive flashes of highly colorful scenes. They’re so powerful that the video comes with a seizure warning. In hilarious fashion, the group released a companion MV – dubbed the “Human Eye” version – for viewers with light sensitivity.
We’re loving the record so far and are incredibly happy with ARTMS choosing to free themselves in order to maximize their artistic expression. It’s proving to be as authentic and as daring as we’d all hoped. Maybe even more so. And we’re here for it.
