Watch the Moment when NewJeans' Hanni and Danielle fought over chicken and eggs

Most K-pop groups have their own variety shows, and fans know just how entertaining and humorous these programs can be. Fourth-generation girl group NewJeans has their own show called Jeans' Zine, and in an episode released last May, members Hanni and Danielle got into a serious debate over the classic question: What came first, the chicken or the egg?

 

It seemed like Hanni and Danielle momentarily set aside their K-pop personas to embrace their inner half-Australian selves, launching into a playful and comedic argument as the other members watched with keen interest. Fans found it amusing that Hanni and Danielle dropped the usual Korean honorifics and casually began arguing in English with their strong Aussie accents, even calling each other "bro."

At one point, the debate shifted from chickens and eggs to dinosaurs and the popular movie Jurassic Park, questioning whether dinosaurs were the first creatures to inhabit Earth before humans. Hanni even sketched a detailed diagram of dinosaur evolution to support her theory and impress the other members, but Danielle teasingly accused her of trying to hypnotize the rest of NewJeans.
