Irony best describes P1Harmony's latest title track, "Sad Song," from their seventh mini-album of the same name. Contrary to its title, the track is vibrant, energetic, and quirky, featuring a lively music video that's packed with action yet never feels overwhelming to the senses—perfect for singing away the blues.

"Sad Song" is a captivating blend of genres, including dance-pop, hip-hop, trap, and a hint of Latin flair, all anchored by a mesmerizing piano riff within a K-pop framework. P1Harmony showcases its strengths, with each member delivering stellar vocals supported by a dynamic and playful music video that reflects their signature style. While the video is bustling with activity—requiring a few replays to fully appreciate—there's a fluidity and agility to the song that makes it thoroughly entertaining and engaging without being too much for the listener.

The lyrics are catchy and playful, with lines like "Sad song puts me in a prison. Feel like, feel like another sad song, everyone dancing to the mad song." They might seem silly without context, but when paired with the music video, everything falls into place. It’s the perfect anthem to enjoy at P1Harmony's next concert!
