KISS OF LIFE lose themselves in a fantasy world with “Lose Yourself” concept photos

KISS OF LIFE debuted in 2023 with an eponymous EP. The group is signed with S2 Entertainment. Over the past year, the group has gained recognition for its approach to music and stunning concepts for each comeback. In October 2024, the group made a comeback with its third EP Lose Yourself. The label released strings of individual, duo and group photos to create a curiosity for the EP. Let’s take a look at KISS OF LIFE’s concept photos for Lose Yourself. 

The first set of photos show the members in a fantasy land. Each individual member is standing or sitting in the foreground and a bunch of fantasy elements are decked up behind. The colors pink, orange, white, and brown dominate the palette. The group faced backlash from some netizens for these photos because the backdrops resemble an AI-generated image. The members are dressed in soft textured dresses exuding a soft aura overall.

In the next set of pictures, we see the colors gray, steel, black, and white dominate the visual palette. The members are seen engaging in borderline dangerous activities but there is a touch of humor to those. One is cutting the other’s hair while the other two are climbing up what looks like a bunk bed. Additionally, we also have a bunch of images where the borders are distorted into wavy lines but the central focus remains on the four members. 

Keeping up with the idea of losing oneself, KISS OF LIFE’s Lose Yourself concept photos give insight into the EP. The images showcase activities and settings not found in our daily lives. There is a loss of control over imagination and activity which hints at getting back one’s groove
