j-hope Announces “Killin’ It Girl” Featuring GloRilla, Dropping June 13

j-hope isn’t done shaking up the global charts.

The BTS rapper-dancer and solo powerhouse is set to release his next single, “Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla),” on June 13 — a fiery hip-hop anthem that lands the same day as the finale of his record-setting solo world tour, ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE.’

Backed by minimal production and a hook that dares you not to replay it, “Killin’ It Girl” is said to channel the adrenaline rush of instant attraction. GloRilla’s unapologetic presence is set to give the track extra bite, while a solo version featuring only j-hope’s vocals will drop simultaneously, giving fans two flavours of the same fearless statement.

It’s the latest high-impact release from j-hope, arriving just three months after the genre-blurring “Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)” and art-pop standout “MONA LISA.” Both tracks solidified his status not only as BTS’s magnetic frontman but as a chart force in his own right — “Sweet Dreams” hit No. 1 on iTunes in 82 countries, while “MONA LISA” earned him another Billboard Hot 100 entry and a rapturous live debut at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.

This new single comes as j-hope wraps up his globe-spanning 31-date tour with a final show at Goyang Stadium in South Korea — a moment he’s clearly timed to underline both sonic evolution and showmanship. It caps off a historic year that included a Billboard cover, a sold-out two-night stand at LA’s BMO Stadium (making him the first South Korean male artist to headline a stadium in North America), and the continuation of his solo legacy following Jack In The Box, Hope World, and 2024’s HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1.

With “Killin’ It Girl,” j-hope once again proves he’s not here to replicate his past — he’s here to rewrite what K-pop’s global future can sound like.

“Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla)” drops June 13 on all major streaming platforms.
