K-RnB is one of the genres that you need to tap into if you have been a fan of the genre in the Western music scene. What makes the songs even more touching is the honest and raw emotions that are present with each track. It is always the niche kind of music that makes one’s heart go thump-thump-thump softly, channeling a sense of calm and peace like no other.
If you are looking to try new K-RnB music, then look no further. K-RnB artist CITI debuted in 2018 and has delivered some stunning performances over the years. He has been actively releasing song covers and original tracks on his YouTube channel. He’s posted cover songs of artists like D.O., BE’O, Taeyeon, Charlie Puth, to name a few. The artists he posts covers of are some of the most well-noted names when it comes to singing RnB tracks. This only goes to show the depth of his versatility. The name CITI comes from “City in the I” which signifies his motivation to sing about all emotions present within him.

CITI recently released his latest single “Piece of a Dream.” In this song, he sings about a sense of belonging and togetherness. The song feels like a reassurance as the singer and his musician friends croon to the song by the beach and in a cozy forest.

In the concept photos for this single, CITI opted to take a wide shot blue-toned picture of the sea. There is a small buoy tower at a far distance and the song title in Korean is written over the photo in bright yellow font. Other concept pictures for the song include snapshots of CITI and the band standing on the beach with a cozy sunset covering them in a halo. The music video in itself is a relaxing treat for the eyes with its pastel toned hues of the sky, sun, and earth. Watch the music video for CITI’s latest single “Piece of a Dream” here:
