YOUNHA delivers a poignant via a picturesque "Sunfish" music video
Por Anwaya Mane

My first impression of YOUNHA's latest music video was to double-check if I had accidentally turned on an anime's opening theme! The title track "Sunfish" from her seventh album GROWTH THEORY is both captivating and commanding right from the very first frame.
The video opens with an animated sequence that immerses us in the visuals of a lonely ship sailing across a vast, pristine blue ocean, with YOUNHA alone on board. Her serene and versatile vocals introduce a heartfelt message about self-love, growth, and positivity in the face of adversity and self-doubt. The stunning visuals keep viewers engaged while her beautiful voice resonates deeply, tugging at the heartstrings. The lyrics are equally evocative and soul-stirring, posing important questions while offering messages of hope, warmth, and comfort.

Lines like "To smile openly, willingly. I hope to be strong like that. Just like the ocean holding the sky," and "But where was the beginning of misunderstanding and hatred? Light tap on the shoulder, when you can feel the sigh of relief that calmly bloomed," speak directly to the heart. "Sunfish" is the kind of song that arrives just when you need it the most.
