On September 8 last year, BTS' V made his much-anticipated debut as a soloist with the captivating album Layover, blending R&B and K-pop elements. ARMYs had eagerly awaited V's solo project, but what made it even more special was the inclusion of his beloved pet dog, Yeontan, in the album's promotions. Yeontan even took the stage alongside V for a memorable performance of the title track, "Slow Dancing," on Mnet's M Countdown.

The adorable teacup Pomeranian charmed the live audience with his undeniable charisma, matching steps with V and showcasing his unique personality on stage. Naturally, ARMYs across the internet were smitten with Yeontan's live TV debut, especially given his ongoing battle with health issues. His confidence and presence on stage left fans in awe.

Remarkably, Yeontan is the first pet of any K-pop star to have his own fancam, and his solo TV debut has already surpassed two million views on YouTube. This year also marks a milestone for Yeontan as he turned seven.
